General information:

All media must present current credentials at check in.
Sign up sheets for special events will be posted in the media/press office as access to some events is restricted.
Hugo and Masquerade on-stage photography will be available light only with reserved sections for photographers who have signed up prior to each event.
A separate photo area outside the auditorium will be available at the Masquerade.
Please request interviews with specific attendees as far in advance as possible.

Media/Press Relations reserves the right to not grant or later revoke convention media credentials.
