Fan Lounge

   The Fan Lounge is a place for old and new fans to meet and discuss
   fandom past and future. Please stop by to learn about fannish
   traditions, from fanzine feuds to fannish slang, or just to chat about
   fandom with like-minded folks. The Lounge will be open from
   approximately 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday - Sunday, Thursday from 12 p.m.
   to 6 p.m., and Monday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
   
   We're looking for volunteers! If you can talk intelligently (or at
   least amusingly) about fandom and can volunteer one (or more) two-hour
   shifts to help staff the Lounge, please stop by at the convention and
   sign up! It's a great place to meet people and chat.
   
   Fanzine editors: We plan to have fanzines on display and for sale. If
   you have fanzines you'd like to display, sell, give away, or donate to
   the Fan Fund auction, please write to fan.lounge@chicon.org.
