Opening Ceremonies

   Opening Ceremonies for Chicon 2000 will occur at 4:00PM, on Thursday,
   31-Aug-2000, in the Grand Ballroom (Hyatt East). In addition to the
   standard introductions that traditionally happen at such events, the
   Chicon Bid Committee will be fulfilling certain promises made to
   certain pre-opposing members.

Guest of Honor Speeches

   Guest of Honor speeches will be on Friday, 01-Sep-2000, at 8:00PM.

Closing Ceremonies

   Closing Ceremonies will by in Hyatt Grand Ballroom C-D at 2:00 pm on
   Monday.
