To change your reservation, including cancellation, please send email to suites@chicon.org or use the address or fax number above. Please be sure to get your change request in well before the first night of your stay or your credit card will be charged for your first night's rent.
A damage waiver and/or a deposit for your suite may be required by the hotel depending upon the quality and location of your suite.
Both the committee and the hotel will do our best to insure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
The deadline for suite reservations was 03-Aug-2000.
There will be a minimum charge of $500.00 for furniture removal. The hotel imposes this charge to cover the cost of moving furniture to off-site storage. Because Chicon is occupying almost every square inch of the Hyatt, on-site storage is nil.

Please note: These prices do not include 14.9% tax, which will be
added to the room rates.
Parking is $13 per day with unlimited in/out
privileges.
Additional sleeping rooms added to the suites are $102 per night each.
Extra refrigerators are $20 per day.
Rollaways incur a $20 one-time charge.
* The "Astor" and "Monarch" suites have the bedroom in the parlor, not multiple rooms.
** Requires personal approval by the hotel's general manager.
NP - No parties will be allowed in these rooms.
