Opening Ceremonies for Chicon 2000 will occur at 4:00PM, on Thursday,
31-Aug-2000, in the Grand Ballroom (Hyatt East). In addition to the
standard introductions that traditionally happen at such events, the
Chicon Bid Committee will be fulfilling certain
promises made to certain pre-opposing
members.
